Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@merikafinds.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible if the order has entered processing or fulfillment.
